Carnitine is a powdered supplement containing a combination of two highly absorbable and active forms of Carnitine: Carnitine Fumarate and L-Carnitine Acetyl (ALC). The supplement is easily soluble in water and has a pleasant, slightly acidic taste.

Carnitines transport long-chain fatty acids to the mitochondria so that they can be oxidised (‘burnt’) to produce energy.

Carnitines are similar in structure to amino acids; similar but not the same, as they are not used by the body as building blocks for the formation of proteins, as is the case with amino acids. 

Above all, acetyl-L-carnitine (ALC) is highly recognized for its bioavailability, as it is more efficiently absorbed in the small intestine than other forms and crosses the blood-brain barrier more effectively. To maximise the potential of the supplementation, it is advisable to divide the Carnitine intake into several smaller doses taken throughout the day on an empty stomach.

Take 1500 gm daily. (corresponding to 3 flat measuring cups provided with the container).

Recommended intake: dissolve the powder in 1⁄2 cup of room temperature water, stir until completely dissolved and consume.

Do not exceed suggested use. Divide the serving into several portions and take throughout the day before meals. A varied diet and a healthy lifestyle are necessary to maintain good health. Dietary supplements should not replace a varied diet. The product is recommended for adults. The product is suitable for vegans.

Organoleptic properties: white powder, easily soluble in water. It has a pleasant, slightly acidic aftertaste (reminiscent of water with lemon or vitamin C when dissolved in water).

Keep away from the sun at a temperature below 25°C in the original packaging, out of reach of small children.

After opening, store in a dry place in the tightly closed original packaging. We recommend storing it in the refrigerator. Protect from light and moisture.

• Microbiology: the presence of listeria, staphylococcus, Escherichia coli and coli groups, salmonella, total microbial count,
• heavy metals (arsenic, cadmium, lead, mercury),
• ethylene oxide and 2-chloroethanol,
• gluten content.
