D-mannose dietary supplement is a powder preparation containing 100% pure D-mannose , without additives, preservatives and enhancers.

D-mannose:

• is a simple sugar (monosaccharide) of high purity, which after consumption is quickly absorbed into the bloodstream and mostly excreted unchanged by the kidneys directly into the urinary tract,
• Numerous studies indicate that D-mannose acts directly in the urinary tract without disturbing the natural intestinal microflora.
