B Spectrum dietary supplement is a formula that is an innovative blend of B vitamins, except for vitamins B9 (folic acid) and B12 (cobalamin). It gives a fresh perspective on vitamin B supplementation by bringing together different forms of the same vitamin in one product. 

Vitamin B1 Thiamine:
